Filmmaker Sacha Polak is a carrier of the hereditary BRCA1 gen that strongly increases the risk of getting breast cancer. She is faced with an extremely tough dilemma: should she say goodbye to her breasts or not? The film is the account of her poignant struggle. What are the options? What are the experiences of other young women? What do breasts mean to them? What will a person do to survive? And what does it mean to Sacha and her close family?
