No matter how funny and disarming Rob may be, he constantly gets stuck in contradictory feelings caused by a traumatic experience. For this 36-year-old man suffering from Down syndrome, acting appears to be an effective antidote against a great sorrow. On stage, he can briefly forget the harsh reality of life. Rob is helped by a committed director and an actress who knows how to touch the right chords. A documentary about the intensity of living, inner struggles and dealing with loss.
