Dark psychological thriller in which an American child psychiatrist loses her grip on reality when a mysterious ten-year-old patient claims he can direct her future.
The American child psychiatrist Marianne Winter moves to Scotland to start a new life. One of her new patients in the treatment centre is ten-year-old Manny. He is a close-lipped and enigmatic child who makes drawings of traumatic events and claims he can direct his practitioner’s future. When his obscure drawings do seem to become reality, Marianne starts an obsessive search, in this English-spoken psychological thriller. As a result, her life threatens to be completely derailed.
