The Muzak Corporation in New York is successful in selling background music to companies. The music, which is also heard in elevators and shopping malls, supposedly heightens the workers' productivity and well-being. Keller examines the subject and talks to the general manager, follows one of the representatives during sales talks and checks how well employees feel under the constant stream of light music.
