Episode from Lolamoviola, a series of TV dramas made by talented young directors. This episode is about the elderly couple Vera and Frans Oudhof. They live in a hairdressing salon where there hasn't been a customer for more than thirty years. This is a thorn in the flesh of the new landlord, a slum house-owner who would rather rent out the building for a fortune to some remunerative company. One day he orders the couple to pack up and leave, but then gives them a week to prove that the salon is a real company with real customers. In the meantime, the young and long-haired Ralph signs on at the job centre. After plenty of bureaucratic griping, Ralph is given the address of a potential employer. The clerk advises him to go to the hairdresser first.
