A weekend in the life of family torn by disputes and disappointments. After two failed marriages, Nathalie is on her own, trying to make ends meet as a single mother to her three children Michael, Winnie and Aurélie. The fathers are equally trying to come to terms with what has happend. On Friday morning, the children are getting ready to visit their respective fathers for the weekend. For Nathalie this is one of the few moments that she has the weekend to herself and this time she intends to enjoy it with some friends of her. In a documentary style, the film follows these six characters as they are dealing with questions of blame, loyalty and affection.
