Somalia is the epicentre of piracy and Mohamed is one of the most experienced seajackers. But at the same time, Mohamed is just an ordinary man trying to survive in one of the most dangerous countries in the world. Will he, now that he is about to marry, bid his ‘job’ farewell? First film depicting the Somali seajacking phenomenon not from the perspective of Western victims, but from the perpetrators. The mix of documentary and animation lends the harsh reality a cinematic, sometimes dramatic and sometimes imaginative touch.
