Do the angels speak Russian? The soap store with the heavenly soap from the Russian title where young Sophie works is a feast of bright colours. Her room is a cosy little paradise and when she goes out the bustle of the pub feels like a warm embrace. But suddenly things change. The colours disappear, everything turns dreary, everywhere the gurgling of water resounds. The telephone line is dead and men appear who speak a strange language. Is she still in the same world?
