The much-vaunted drama series Klem presents a new season. A high-ranking tax officer is stuck between upper and underworld on account of the criminal father of his daughter’s best friend.

There is blood on the hands of Hugo Warmond, the respectable widower who in the first season of this series inadvertently ended up in criminal circles. By now the SME director of the tax authorities, he is more entwined with former master criminal Marius Milner than he had ever deemed possible. Both men try to bury the past. But soon they are faced with tax inspectors, fraudulent accountants, family issues and, last but not least, the vindictive long arm of the Amsterdam underworld.
