Her mother’s mental problems seriously influenced 17-year-old Naomi’s life. Now, she has decided not to be ashamed of her secret anymore.
For the first time, Naomi (17) takes her best friend Sam to her mother, who is in a secure facilty. Quite exciting, as her mother is not only psychotic, but also uses drugs. Together with her aunt, with whom she has been living since she was five, Naomi watches pictures of especially the nice moments. Her mother’s problems seriously influenced her life, but Naomi has decided she will not be ashamed of her secret anymore. Scenes of her daily life alternate with animations that visualise her nightmares.
