Tragicomedy about a student who is never left alone by his landlady. When he is looking out for another room, he discovers why she rented out the room in the first place.

Tragicomedy in which Kasper rents a room in the city where he studies. He is happy, until he finds out his landlady is awfully keen on contact. While she does everything to satisfy her tenant, Kasper tries to avoid her. When this fails, he looks out for another room. That is when he finally finds out why she rented out the room in the first place.
