Entertainer Vincent Bijlo was born blind and has been successful for years as a musician and cabaret performer. His hearing plays a key role, for example in the music he plays and in the communication with his audience. But his hearing is deteriorating. He mishears his wife’s words more and more, he does not hear the theatre audience laugh as loudly as before and he increasingly sings out of tune. The next two years, Bijlo will have to make choices that will change his life as an artist and a man. Who will Vincent Bijlo be in a couple of years?
