Director Karin Junger, white mother of three dark children, and her family deal with daily racism. What impact does the feeling of being shut out have on the lives of young Dutchmen?

Director Karin Junger, white mother of three dark children, and her family deal with the racism they experience every day. In this documentary, she shows the impact that subtle and less subtle forms of racism have on the lives of young Dutchmen. Her children and their often coloured friends gather on a rural estate in France. They all know the feeling of being excluded from Dutch society. By using re-enactment, painful situations are relived.
