Episode of the twelve-part drama series based on Jan de Hartog's book. The obstinate skipper Jan Wandelaar not only fights the elements, but also the exploitation by the shipowners. He is not very popular in the world of the tugvessels but is capable of some extraordinary performances when it comes to dangerous odd-jobs at sea.
