Will, who died young in an accident, is brought to life as the player is put in the position of three characters who were dear to him. The game belongs to the relatively new 'walking simulator' genre.

Fragments of Him belongs to the relatively new 'walking simulator' genre and is basically more an interactive story than a game. The game addresses a theme that is not often seriously explored in a game context: death. When fate strikes and Will, a normal guy in the prime of life, passes away, three key figures (his college girlfriend, his grandma and his partner) remember his finer and his lesser episodes. As this interactive narration unfolds in the detached first-person perspective, it almost feels as if the player is the subconscious of the different characters. A game experience of a couple of hours with a significant emotional impact.
