Dummie is homesick for Egypt and particularly for his mummy parents. This is why he and his best friend Goos travel to the country of the pyramids. Here, Dummie discovers that after several millennia he does not recognise much of his former native country. This makes it extra hard to say goodbye to his parents, who lie buried in an ancient tomb. Third instalment in the series of family films adapted from Tosca Menten’s children books, again featuring old acquaintances like master Krabbel and the strict, rather hysterical Miss Kriek.
