What is it like to live in the Netherlands for twelve years undocumented? Years ago, the 32-year-old Somalian Osman came to the Netherlands from war-torn Somalia, but could not show any documents to prove his identify to the immigration service. His request for asylum was rejected. Short documentary from a series of film portraits of refugees living in our country, poetically showing what it is like to keep going as an illegal alien without any perspective. Osman’s portrait is introduced by poet Jules Deelder.
