An old woman stands silently behind a wheelchair in the main concourse of Zürich HauptBahnhof. She blesses the passers-by. From a single spot, a few metres from the woman, Pieters registers her routine. The hurried travellers fail to notice the woman, even though she has that big wheelchair and a striking other chair beside her.
