Swedish drama in which ordinary Swedes, without committing an offence, can be run in and detained by law. Alex is one of them. She is apprehended in front of a supermarket and taken to an underground prison, where many law-abiding citizens are awaiting their deportation. Prison director Victoria rules rigorously. How is it possible that innocent citizens are simply expelled from their country? And is it possible to escape? Based on the eponymous play by Johannes Anyuru and Aleksander Motturi.
