Six-part documentary series about a prostitutes' area in the Rotterdam harbour. Around Keileweg, junkie hookers can fix, sniff, smoke and have loveless sex under the watchful eye of the police, social workers and drug dealers. Fascinated by the seamy side of society, the filmmakers follow ten girls from Keileweg for six months in their everyday life. They provide a gruelling yet realistic picture of street prostitution. Sonja is 28 and a veteran of the zone. Sonja's regular punter is Tom, a divorcee who has become attached to Sonja. Angelique, is among the youngest women. Her body is covered with scabs as a result of intensive coke use. She wrestles with her life and especially with the fact that she has deserted her children.
