In this parody of the Ten Commandments, Jesus asks Moses what has really become of those Commandments. The subsequent, independent sketches are a mirror of the times in which violence, hypocrisy and cruelty run rampant. The linking element between the different sketches is a man who tries to repair his bicycle after it has been smashed up by policemen. As an encore, the film gives a trenchant answer to the question whether film should provide art or entertainment.
