Unspoilt, original nature no longer exists in The Netherlands. Some nature developers would prefer to give pieces of land back to nature and let it have its way, aided by large grazing animals. Farmers would have to give up land, water meadows would be allowed to flood. But what about the flora and fauna there? Away with the godwit and the badger? There are differences of opinion among nature conservationists.
