The visuals are reminiscent of a so-called ‘sandbox’ computer game in which players, in this case the guys of the Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, roam freely across a virtual world. In their universe, the Leidseplein in Amsterdam, minced-meat hotdogs and a many-headed music monster can exist side by side.
