Television series in which the arrival of a vulture in Rotterdam will influence the lives of several people. Floating above the city the animal collects stories of friendship, love, but also of threat.

TV series in eight episodes is set in Rotterdam, at a time when a large vulture is circling above the city. Nobody knows where the bird has come from or what he is looking for, but eventually the arrival of the animal will affect the lives of a number of people. Victor's life, for example, a 60-year-old architect, who has just been notified that he has an incurable illness. After having eye contact with the vulture, he starts a search for his past. The seemingly happy relationship between stockbroker Peter and his girlfriend Esther is put to the test when Esther meets Victor. Simultaneously with the stories of friendship and love, a threat looms over the city, a shadow of murder and deceit. Hovering above the city, the vulture links the stories.
