Inventive animated science fiction film in which the earth is governed by ecologically conscious authorities. The planet seems to be under control, until an eco-inspector discovers a society where cars have developed into an autonomous life form. In this culture, four-wheel vehicles rule the roost and people are merely spineless, car-addicted passengers.
