Compilation film presents an impression of the province of Limburg from 1920 to 1960. Many fragments were shot by the Limburg filmmaker, photographer and publisher Hub. Leufkens, but also by the well-known filmmaker from the twenties, Willy Mullens, and footage from the Polygoon Filmfabriek from the thirties has also been included. Together with promotional films from regional Tourist Information Offices and images shot by village filmmaker J.W.L. Adolfs, they sketch a portrait of Limburg. The film obviously pays attention to the mining industry and the beauty of the province.
