Awkward i as a troubadour accompanying a knight and his squire on their journey. The video looks like the beginning of a Scandinavian chivalric epic, but appearances deceive.
Herløv the knight has been left by his girlfriend and now returns, in the company of his faithful squire, to his parents. His long journey is musically accompanied by the troubadour awkward i. In this corny parody on old Scandinavian Viking movies (or an Ingmar Bergman classic), Henry van Loon plays the knight. The credits filing past – including names such as Jonathan Banks, Jeroen Krabbé and ‘director’ Knut Jøran Helmers (in reality a Norwegian chess player) – should not be taken too seriously.
