NOMA, one of the best restaurants in the world, moves from Copenhagen to Tokyo for five weeks. Under great pressure, the charismatic chef René Redzepi wants to create a 14-course menu worthy of his reputation as the 'World's Best Restaurant'. His dogmatic approach demands he only uses natural ingredients from the area around the restaurant: Japanese products he never before worked with.
