Portrait of an alarmed American businessman from New Jersey. Anthony Imperiale sees a lot of crime around him and the police are not doing much about it. Therefore, Mr. Imperiale starts patrolling the city by himself. He pays a visit to criminals, questions them and if necessary apprehends them. He also gives karate classes, so everyone can defend themselves. He is indifferent to the fact that this often takes him to the brink of becoming a criminal himself.
