Raw drama in social-realist style about a teenager who is damaged by his mother’s death and tries to struggle out of his alcoholic father’s grasp.

'In this life, happy people die first. My mother was always happy.' These are the words of Scott, a teenager who suffers from his alcoholic father’s violence and negativity, but also feels responsible for him. Scott’ s girlfriend urges him to choose for himself. In a large part of this raw drama in social-realist style that is set in the United Kingdom, we see Scott with a bare torso, vulnerable and naked. Will he manage to break free from his destructive surroundings?
