Documentary about a lawyer in South Sudan who wants to try the people responsible for the atrocities during the civil war. But his countrymen mainly want to forget the past.
Documentary about an ambitious lawyer who returns to his native South Sudan after completing his Law studies in England. Haunted by the traumatic acts of war that struck him as a child, he clings to the conviction that the law is the only true guide in bringing peace to the country. But when a new civil war erupts, the lawyer discovers that his countrymen hold conflicting views. How can he try the people responsible for the atrocities during the civil war if people mainly want to forget the painful past?
