Wet en waan - Pick & Woondroom

Ten-part TV series is set in the working environments of the cohabiting leading characters Herman Vlieger, public prosecutor, and Wessel van Ede, a young psychiatrist. Although both men are working with people who have gone off the rails, they deal with them completely differently. This leads to friction not only at work, but also in their private lives. At the film festival, two episodes will be shown. In Pick, Wessel helps a despondent woman and her stepson when their husband and father's odd behaviour is indicative of an irreversible hereditary form of dementia. In the meantime, Herman is having major problems with the arrival of a new colleague, his daughter Susanna. In Woondroom, Herman is confronted with a young woman who claims to be sexually assaulted by her employer.
