For his episode in the low-budget series of TV dramas Frank Ketelaars allowed himself to be inspired by a newspaper article about a woman in a coma who had a baby. It turns out she was raped in the hospital where she had been looked after for years. The woman's strict Protestant family did not agree to an abortion. In Vijf uur eerder, there is a culprit. The film goes back in time to investigate his motives.
