30 minuten - Geboren in een verkeerd lichaam

Episode from a series of eight quasi-realistic television documentaries in which actor Arjen Ederveen inimitably imitates and dissects the genre of sensational reports about bizarre subjects. In Geboren in een vreemd lichaam (Born in the wrong body) he plays a farmer from Groningen who feels he is someone else. His wife and young children find it difficult, but have come to terms with the fact that he feels more like a Negro. The farmer does his best to find happiness with the aid of modern science and a real 'culture transplant' and even leaves for Africa. Ederveen also wrote the script for this satire.
